DeSPAI Arquitectura e Ingeniería, was born as an initiative of a team of technicians specialised in the development of projects and activities encompassed within civil infrastructures and residential and industrial buildings.
With the passing of the years and the search for the best options, the studio's aim continues to be the integral management of the project, going beyond the technical aspect and optimising resources in terms of cost, time and quality in a way that is reflected in the satisfaction of the client. One of our main characteristics is the flexibility to carry out the ideas, contemplating all the needs and requirements of each person.
Formed by a technical team of Engineers and Architects with proven experience in the Services sector, DeSPAI Architecture and Engineering can take care of any of the following procedures
Civil Engineer and Technical Engineer by the Polytechnic School of the University of Alicante, whose speciality is civil construction and who has developed industrial building works, reforms and infrastructures.
Member 17.949 of the Colegio de Ingenieros Civiles, he has been practising as an engineer since 2002 and is an expert in the field of technical certificates, cadastral alterations and commercial activity projects in the province of Alicante and Murcia.
Architect from the Polytechnic School of Valencia, specialising in residential building.
Member of the Colegio Territorial de Arquitectos de Alicante, he has been practising since 1998 and has worked on all types of buildings: refurbishments, extensions, new builds, refurbishment and improvement of Energy Efficiency.
